All Risk of physical loss or material damage caused directly and immediately by a sudden, accidental and unforeseeable risk affecting the Erection of the insured Machinery and Installations. It also covers such loss or damage to auxiliary civil engineering works under construction, as well as the materials used or to be used in carrying out the erection, provided that such Insured Property requires repair or replacement.
