Help us process your Car Claim
Please carefully read the following information we need to process your car claim.
Claim Notice
- The Insured Party must notify the Company in writing within the following 3 days or on the day he/she becomes aware of it, using the forms provided for this purpose.
- In case of Theft and other criminal acts, they should be immediately reported in writing to the competent authority, and the Insured Party should send certification of the report to the Company.
- In case of Civil Liability, it should be executed immediately, as soon as the Insured Party has knowledge of the existence of the loss which has caused bodily injury, including the death of third parties or damage to property of third parties, even if he or the driver does not consider himself or the driver to be guilty thereof.
- Failure to give notice of loss within the aforementioned term shall release the Company from all liability.

Our insured must be up to date on their premium payments in order to process the claim.
Claim Payment
The presentation of the documents does not represent any obligation of payment by the Company since the Insured Party’s compliance with the General and Individual Terms and Conditions and addenda of the Car Policy prevails.
