Behavior of Insured Parties

  • The Insured may not order the repair of the insured vehicle without prior inspection and authorization of the Company.

  • The Insured may not admit his total or partial liability, compromise, make promises of payment, or pay any amount without the prior written consent of the Company.

  • Failure to comply with the above points shall exonerate the Company from the obligations that may derive from this policy.

  • Deductible: The amount that the insured undertakes to pay for all losses suffered by the insured vehicle.

  • Coinsurance: The percentage of each loss or damage that the insured assumes on his own account, in each and every one of the losses suffered by the insured vehicle.

  • The insured will pay the Deductible or Coinsurance (whichever is greater) at the time the repair order is received.
