Traffic Accident Assistance
In the event of a collision, rollover, or accident, an ASSA representative will come to the accident site to assist you in order to initiate the claim process without the need to come to our offices.

Repair Shop Referrals
ASSAMóvil will provide the beneficiary with information on local vehicle repair shops, as well as their characteristics in terms of quality, location, and specialty.

|
Towing Service
In the event that the Insured’s car cannot be driven due to a traffic accident or breakdown, the Company shall be in charge of towing it to the nearest garage or place of the Insured’s choice.
|
|
|
Ambulance Service
When the Insured Party requires the services of a public or private ambulance due to an accident occurring in the insured vehicle, the emergency medical services shall be contacted immediately.

|
Locksmith for Lost or Misplaced Keys
In case the Insured loses or misplaces the keys of the Insured’s vehicle, the Company shall coordinate the dispatch of a locksmith to solve the aforementioned eventuality.

|
Gasoline Supply, Tire Change, and Power Supply
In the event that assistance is required for gasoline supplies, a change of tire, or a power supply to the Insured’s vehicle, the Company shall arrange and cover the cost of sending a person to solve the respective problem.

We will assist our Home insurance policyholders with the following unforeseen events:

Domestic Service Due to Prolonged Hospitalization
In the event that the person in charge of housekeeping is incapacitated due to prolonged hospitalization for more than seven (7) days, he/she should contact the Company to coordinate the provision of housekeeping services.

Electrician Service
As a consequence of a sudden and unforeseen breakdown in the electrical installations inside the insured residence, there is a total or partial lack of electrical energy (short circuit); specialized professionals will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Plumbing Service
As a consequence of a sudden and unforeseen breakdown in the fixed drinking water supply and/or sanitary installations of the insured residence, breakage or leakage of water, or a breakdown that makes the supply or evacuation of water impossible, specialized professionals will be dispatched as soon as possible.

|
Glazing Service
As a consequence of a sudden and unforeseen event, the breakage of any of the glass or doors of the windows that are part of the exterior facades of the insured residence facing the street and that endanger the safety of the same, its occupants or third parties, specialized professionals will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Locksmith Service
As a consequence of any accidental event, such as loss, misplacement, or theft of the keys or disabling of the lock due to any other accidental cause, which is not covered by any other guarantee and which prevents the opening of the insured residence or jeopardizes the security thereof, specialized professionals will be dispatched as soon as possible. |

Professional Connection Services
As a consequence of a sudden or unforeseen event that is not covered under other assistance for plumbing, electricity, locksmith, glazing, masonry, carpentry, and painting services, etc. The Company shall limit itself to providing information on the professional services of persons specialized in the matter.

Hotel Accommodation Expenses due to the Insured Residence becoming Uninhabitable or Unfit for Occupancy
As a consequence of a covered loss, the property presents damages that prevent its occupancy or habitability, or if so established by order of a competent authority. |
