following 3 days or on the day he\/she becomes aware of it, using the forms provided for this purpose.<\/li>\n<li>In case of Theft and other criminal acts, they should be immediately reported in writing to the competent authority, and the Insured Party should send certification of the report to the Company.<\/li>\n<li>In case of Civil Liability, it should be executed immediately, as soon as the Insured Party has knowledge of the existence of the loss which has caused bodily injury, including the death of third parties or damage to property of third parties, even if he or the driver does not consider himself or the driver to be guilty thereof.<\/li>\n<li>Failure to give notice of loss within the aforementioned term shall release the Company from all
